(if a product problem occurs within the above warranty period, it will be exchanged for a new one free of charge if it cannot be repaired.) For the Frame 10-year warranty applies.

I ordered 2 pieces of z20 pro evo, the bike in the first box is in good condition but the other bike is missing some screws, I just bought the screws in hardware to replace the missing screws. The brakes are not good. I have to press both front and rear brake to make a full stop and the brakes are already making a squeaky sounds which is very annoying.
We bought the combo deal, however we have had some issues and waiting for replacement parts to be sent. One of the bikes came with quick instant release lever for front tyre to be removed, 2nd bike did not include this feature (strange, we have asked for part to be sent). Bike mudguard doesn't fit (await new one) One tyre always losing pressure, needs pumping up before every ride. One seat, doesn't stay up, after 2-3 rides has to be adjusted. There are a few other small things that are not right, so we are waiting on replacement parts, told 10 - 15 days, let's see, fingers crossed.
The bikes were well packed and easy to assemble. They did arrive with a few minor issues including a binding chain link, some small chipped paint, and a few loose pre-installed bolts including the crank bolts. Overall, the bikes have been great and comfortable so far with just over 100 km on the odometer.
